INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTD (company number 15667932, registered in England & Wales) is an independent AI product company based in the United Kingdom. We build, run and sell our own AI software for the leisure and hospitality sector - GymQR is our first product. This website exists to describe what we do and to give you a way to reach us.
What this website collects
This website only collects information when you voluntarily submit it through the contact form. That includes:
- Your name
- Your company name (optional)
- Your email address
- The message you write to us
We collect nothing else. There are no tracking scripts, no analytics platforms, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds on this website that would monitor or identify you.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Your theme preference (Light, Moonlit, or Dark) is saved to your browser's local storage - this is stored entirely on your own device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
How we use your information
When you send us a message, we use the information you've provided to:
- Read and understand what you're asking about
- Contact you with a response, typically within 2 business days
- Keep an internal record of enquiries received
We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your specific enquiry.
Confidentiality
We treat everything submitted through this website as confidential. Anything you share with us in a message will not be disclosed to any third party, discussed externally, or used by us in our own work without your explicit written agreement.

Who else sees your data
Enquiry emails are delivered to us via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the email in transit and that is the limit of their involvement - they are not given access to stored submission data, they do not retain message content beyond delivery, and they do not use it for any other purpose. You can read Resend's privacy policy at resend.com.
No other third parties have access to data submitted through this website.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential working relationship. If nothing comes of an enquiry and you'd like your details removed from our records, email us and we'll delete them promptly - no questions asked.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request that we correct or delete it
- Object to how we're using it

Website hosting
This website is hosted on a server we own and operate. Data submitted through the enquiry form is stored on that server and is not held in any cloud database or third-party platform.
